everybody can come here, it's not just for dating. initially i came here just to read the jokes, i didn't even have a profile or post a single thing for like 7 months. some people just like to talk and post in forums, doesn't mean their here to cheat on their spouse or girlfriend or whatever.

I guess I'm hardcore about people getting a life with the person they have rather than waste their time here.

I'm single and have no responsibilities towards another so I can come on here and bounce around for a few. If I have a partner I'd leave the site because my attention would be to give to them..... not this site. That's all i'm sayin'.

I do think there are cool people here who enjoy chiming in. But it's still a "Singles Dating Site". It is what it is.

I'll never understand why a married or hooked up person is on here. To me it means life isn't totally right with that person.

You don't have to have much "sense" to know that MANY (not all) of those that are married or already involved in a relationship are here to get "more attention", whether it be sex or whatnot.

Now some do actually have friends here. And I can see from "time to time" stopping in to say hello. But I definitely agree that the HUGE majority of my time would be spent with that special woman.

So I definitely somewhat agree and disagree with your statement.

Yeah, but I think that's only because there's a perception that this designation is what will draw the most people.

In my experience, over the past year, this is much more of a friend site than a dating site.

But I think the word "Dating" is what pulls 'em in.

ps ............ no QUESTION when I am in a relationship I am not on line much, for sure. I am 'taken' with them and who they are.

BUT ............. online forums is just another circle of being social. Jut a different medium of conversing, so there is absolutely nothing wrong with being in the forums. It's just friends chatting with friends, offering their opinions and such.

Definitely you have less time to do it, but you DO have some time like you would for any other social interaction. IMHO

Yeah! As I said, they should be cooking, cleaning, making a present, working out, anything but wasting time. Calling their sign other for a nooner. I know how this site sucks people in.
