A small tweak to the garage door: it was moving in its lock with the wind. Handy man hadn't put a plinth (or whatever you call it) at the back so it couldn't move anymore. So I had to saw a piece of wood to the right length -3 secs if that- drill it in place, and Bob is your uncle :) No more movement and still closes and locks smoothly.

Mostly chilling today, some smaller chores like washing the bath mat by hand. Once put it in the machine and the filter was clogged with its fluff. Took me forever to get rid of that, and a flood of water each time I had to open the filter which ruined the kitchen floor.

Doing Paige Apgar's energy routine from last week. Halfway through, already feeling a lot better! My head was so fuzzy, beginning to clear up :) Always amazing how powerful this work is.
