Scientist are saying that Mars has a 75% chance of being hit by this asteroid. Now the way i figure it and i'm no genius, but isn't it more like 50/50 .... Either it will or it won't

OK...Here's a far-out theory.
What if it does hit, and parts of the martian surface gets ejected into space, and some of it reaches earth. Now, this is just science fiction, but what if there really IS microbial life on mars, and it awakens here on earth? He he. |

I figure it very well could happen and if it does most likely will affect the earth weather system, maybe even greatly.

Either it will or it won't Not at all, we can accuratly track the path of an asteroid so we'll know when one comes close, it's not 100% because there's a 25% chance it could miss target. It's not 50% because we know it's going to come close at the very least. Wouldn't be the first one either, Mars has been hit by some pretty big rocks in the past;^] |
