They also confirmed you was asked to send in a picture for verification which you sent one that was too dark therefore rejected.. You will need to make sure that who ever sent you the e-mail to be verified that you send one in that complies with the rules' Other then that not sure what you can not see if it is Matches it is due that is part of the upgrade which is not needed to e-mail or use of the forums..
