I'm trying to find out if anyone cancels their premium auto-renew does their premium get cut off with no refund for unused time?

No response from the "Contact Us" link after a week and 3 inquiries. Does anyone work here?

We do not deal with billing issues within the forums.

Therefore, I have passed this on to Admin they should answer you within the next 48 hours due to time zones of where they are..

There is a possibility due to the long weekend it may take longer since some have went out of town for the long weekend..

Keep me updated here if they have not answered you after the weekend please..

But normally unless they are giving a member a full refund due to issues that you need to let them know when they contact you. Cause if you cancel your membership that will only stop the auto renewal and no refunds are giving for unused time, if a member is just canceling on their own.

If that is the case then I would not cancel till my membership was up in order to use it.. But I would do it a few days prior to make sure you are not billed again..
