i feel like nobody can see my profile as i’ve got zero likes atm which is quite sad.

It could be that your main profile photo is not appearing. Lots of people ignore profile without a main profile pic.

Batty boy or Battyman is a derogatory term used in Jamaica. So maybe, not your photo?
