The photo is good. The text, maybe you could elaborate a bit more and tell what you can/are willing to offer a woman if it turns out to feel good? Since you have 4 kids at home, which won't make it much easier to find someone, it would help if we at least know what you got to offer. If nothing more than chat and friendship, that's okay of course.
