Going to my osteo at 13:00. Glad I accepted the out of the blue appointment as my girl phoned for one and cannot see her until end September! Osteo is always fully booked, plus holidays coming up. So glad I get to see her today!!

- Painters painting the window frames and front door. - possibly then small windows placed too - 2 parcels arriving - physio therapy just after lunch - get a few groceries in between. I need milk for my coffee!!

Physio, shopping, pillow delivery done... Painters... I doubt will turn up anymore (w@nkers!) Waiting for my shoes to get here :) And pray they're comfy!!
