Forgiveness

The pain he shy’s from here today,
Was born a place that’s far away.
It was a pain not done with malice,
A heart was shattered like a chalice.

From that day forth and ever more,
A smile was gone and put in store.
The years they past just like the rest,
Decades later there came a test.

The test to some they say is easy,
A test to him it made him queasy.
To feel the pain that was in store,
To seek the surface forever more.

The test required for him to live,
To bear his soul and heart to give.
To one of those who could be true,
To dream of things and just of two.

He knows to give a soul and heart,
The pain he feels it must depart.
He knows to let the feelings go,
He must forgive this lady so.

He knows not where this lady is,
Nor where to seek, for him to live.
He thought a poem written to her,
Would ease the pain, a smile to stir.

Today he asks for help from high,
To ease this pain and not to lie.
He prays for guidance from above,
To please forgive this forgotten love.

He feels today unlike the rest,
He feels some pain and does his best.
To life the future and not the past,
He seeks a friend he knows will last.

He found the pain deep within,
He gave it up to feel again.
The smile he has deep inside,
Comes forth now to fill the sky.

If you wish to see him grin,
Touch him softly beneath the chin
If you wish to see him smile,
Touch his cheek through all the miles.

this poem touched me so much i am working on a new poem for my daughter
who passed away

yes you do know just how one feels miles to miles i hope to always see
you smile

through all those miles we lost our smile,
cold and wind,miles and miles,bitter smiles,
faught like cats and dogs,bitter miles,
we fell apart,and grew more miles and miles,
binding flight,finding light,making right,
we fight our way back into the light,
feel true heart power,
give us all your holy hour,
feel this heart,not made of stone,
take it in as your very own,
feel my soul,make me whole,
please help me love again,
please help me find my grin,
foregive my wrong,hear my song,
please don't take too long,
help me see,not to flee,
but just to be a part of me,
forget the past,make it last,
make me now,and flee my past,
see new light,made so right,
now I can walk into the light.........M.

What is an Angel?
Angels are reminders of what we'er really here for.
Angels may be likened to great poetry. Thay lift the soul out of its
cage of limitations. Thay return the heart to a relfection of its
larger, freer self. They bemust the spirit with at least a sparkle of
the raptures of Heaven. And when a angel reminds us, for even an
instants, of our own journeu Home, our place of Origin, our lightest
Self, it has caused a miracle withen us. And that is not only the
greastest poetry ever know to the soul-it is Everything.
If we ever wish to know angels for what they truly are, perhaps it is we
who first must learn to fly........

I hope I never stop writing. I do lose inspiration from time to time.
The last time lasted over 2 years. I only recently started writing
again, and it has been great to be able to post them here.
