If you go to your “who viewed me “ tab you should be able to click on her profile from there .
If you are referring to the match function ., it is a game . Think you both have to like each other . Sorry I am not sure how that works . Hopefully someone else will know . Good luck

If she Matched with you then go to Who Clicked Yes On You? You are given the option to send them a message there. You will both then receive a notification that you have matched with each other.
