called and cooed
over a body
but how
can you say
an angel
is beautiful
and a woman too
is beautiful
when an angel
does not
have a body
and a woman
as now
has a body

so god
what is beauty

is it the call
of the dove

can beauty
even be
an adjective

as to say
harmony is
beautiful

I know god
i know heaven
Iknow you
I know my mother

beauty and love
surrounds me
but I still
see it
through
my eyes

so I do not know
beauty

and I do
not know
love

too many senses
bringing me
way to far
from my spirit

but I will
kneel
in my
broken
humanity

and be in awe
of the beauty
of the love
that surrounds
me

yet I
do not know
beauty

and I
do not
love
