Does any know why I can't send a particular person a nudge but can send others a nudge? I get a notification saying I've sent too many nudges please wait a few minutes or try sending a message and like this person.
But I can send this particular person messages |

I think everyone has different privacy settings. Some people set criteria who can contact them so my first guess is that your profile doesn't match their criteria. Maybe you see a hint above the message box what these criteria are
