You don't like my honesty,
I am not running away,
I just prefer my dreams over reality..

So such sadness and pain,
As I withdraw in my inner world,
Where everything is beautiful,
And there is peace,
Peace is valuable like gold..

Then someone always comes along,
Tries to give me a wake up call,
To face a pitless hell,
And wait for me to fall..

I ignore them and softly drown,
In my sea of happiness,
You be happy in my happiness,
So what if this is the start of,
My descent into madness..
