The FX model Holden is even older. About 1948 I think. Built like German tanks.

G'day Mike, you are correct, the FX was the first Holden in '48. You are a lucky man if you own one, they are worth a small fortune these days. I wish I still had my '52 FJ ute had some good times in that old girl, well it wasn't that old back in 1967. It was fifteen and I was a "P" plater 17 year old. Oh the memories:
