Why I thought things will be different,
This time around,
Why I thought you would be different,
Why I flew with my dreams,
With my feet lifted from the ground,


I fell so hard,
And this time pain is worse,
I thought we were in love,
But now I know,
It was a dream,
Reality it never was,
That's what is hurting the most,


I am so tired now,
So stunned I can't even cry,
Coz tears won't flow,
Another broken relationship,
More broken promises,
I had lost so much before,
Didn't realise to lose,
There was still so much more,


You told me to move on,
Words came so easily from you
As if I didn't mean much,
My world has changed,
And I will move on,
As if so far I was in a dream,
And reality just gave me a waking touch.
