I can your pics fine, like cherub says a lot of people don't look at the profile just the one main. I try to keep a couple representative shots in the first three so they show up on the profile page with out having to look at the pictures, but you have one there too so don't worry about it.

All my pics are within a couple of months old. I like to see pics on a profile that are within a year or less.

You know (and Eddie, bro...that was harsh, sorry that happened to you) there is another side of this discussion. Sometimes people do post current photos and do make sure that their date or significant other is aware of their physical condition only ot have the person walk away despite the truth being told. Look, if you ae someone who needs to see a person before making up your mind (I mean, meet in person) then exercise that right. But if you take someone as they are, understand the roughness around the edges, and then bail on them when they are, exactly what they professed to be, then you probably need to adjust your reasons for being in the world of online dating.

Eddie.....you are snake bitten, my friend. Ouch! Anyway, look, there is a bit too much dancing around the edges here. If you lie about yourself or post an image taken in 1997 as a representation of what you look like today then you misreprenting who you are and you are asking people to buy it. If you tell me you have a Honda Accord for sale (don't worry, I don't think that people here are for sale just play along) and tell me it is a 2004 with 50,000 miles on it, and I arrive to look at it only to find out that it is a 1974 AMC Gremlin with just under 4 million miles and a missing wheel, I'll likely not to care that the car has a "good heart."

No one needs to head off to a professional studio and have just shy of 100 photos done up. Just have something relatively recent.

That should not be asking much. I mean, no one made any of us join an online dating/friendship site. But since we did, we should play along to some extent.

I often wonder if the pics are current. I've run into a few people who have lied to me. And not just about pics. I keep mine current and have the cam to proove it. I try to have some with and without makeup, so I don't doll myself up for every pic. I want people to see the real me. The so called blk and wht "glamor" shots were just me being bored and taking them by candle light from my cam. Thought they looked good so threw them in too........You just have to be careful and CYA.

I feel the same way people should be more up front about how they really lool .....what I find out about men is that they lie about their height in their profile...like you said if your eventually gonna meet, Im going to find out so just shoot from the hip people!

You know, I have heard that before, about men lieing abut their hight. Just out of curiosity, why would someone lie about their height?


And like eddie and some others have pointed out, whylie about anything, you are who you are. eddie is a better man that me. If I showed up and you were significantly different that you had portrayed, I would not have been taking you to dinner. If you lied about that, what else might you have lied about?
