My mailbox says I have new mail. But when I look there is nothing new. What’s wrong?

Many times when it shows you have unread messages but you can not find them... you will need to start with the first e-mail open it for a second then close it go to the next and do the same.. For some reason at times there is a glitch and it shows you have not read the message even tho you have.. I have found by opening them up one at a time it seems to catch up and clears the number of messages you have.. Hope this helps.. Forum Admin Kristi

I’m not able to look at each mail whenever someone sends multiple messages. It just says I have new messages. I tried to delete all messages from the same person but still doesn’t help. Maybe your computer people can clear it. Thanks
