Do you have people contacting you that you do not seek or even want contact from... I sure do daily.. it's not the fact they contact... its the falsehood within the contact.. that is really annoying part.

Fully agree with the above statements - delete or block are your friends. Heck hon, 99.9% of the emails I get on here and other dating sites are from Catfish. They aren't even slick about it. Kind of sad, but at least the Community here is great. It is what has me sticking around.

And setting up your filters of "who can message you" helps a lot also.

It is not only ok, sometimes it is necessary. .. or just ignore them, no reply means not interested. As Delightful already said above, BLOCK is your best friend. Best wishes  |

Just today, a guy read my profile and sent me a message. His profile said, don't bother to write me if you are over 35. I thought, why write to me me when I'm way over 35? My age is on my profile.

I get those kind of unwanted messages all the time. Sometimes I will just play with their head. They will ask stupid questions like are you married, do you have kids, why are you on this site when those facts are mentioned in my profile. So I will send them an answer back and just say "When you have no messages in your inbox, those are from me." Let them scratch their heads on that one.
