First huge red flag is "No Answer" to marital status, especially since you have kids at home. A very good reason to click "next".

Write a bit of an inspiring profile text that piques interest. "Contact me blabla" is not appealing.
If a man cannot make an effort to flog himself to find a woman I cannot be bothered to make an effort to contact him.

Your profile photo is great, but for the others get some different photos. Keep one fitness/bodybuilding photo if you must, but 4?
This is not an advertisement in a sports magazine, but you selling you on a dating site.

I agree with Crystal. Your profile photo is awesome! But, I tend to steer clear of the guys with the gym pics. Add a couple more that are not in the gym.
"No Answer" for marital status a big red flag for me.

I suggest you list some of your other interests to show you are a well rounded person. Also write something about yourself & what you are looking for.
