The idea is to fire two beams of photons into an ichthys shaped cylinder of polarizing light filters with an outer mirror preventing the resulting ray photons from escape the autocatyltic particle producing cycle. This can be tested. The particles can push each other out of the ichthys at 5 and 7 o'clock, say an electron, and the light these particles give off will go back into the ichthys, the orientation of polarization is to keep light from exiting the tail of the ichthys where the beams entered.

The way I see it all energy is free. It exists everywhere in all things.

Personally, I believe free energy could be available in the quantum realm.
Imagine a cell phone that requires no battery because the atomic action of particle force in the devices construction powers the device. In other words, the atoms that make up the phone produce the energy needed to run it.

If that technology is ever unlocked, batteries, cords, wires, power plants
will all become obsolete. Devices will always have power. As long as the matter which makes them still exists.

It will need a two-fold innovation.
First the ability to tap into the atomic force energies in particles.
Then a reduction in the energy requirements to run devices.
Mankind is already exploring both sides of that.
Its just a matter of time.

To suggest that this type of technology was placed on two continents. Kecksburg PA and Poland (Die Glocke, Nazi bell) which was described as two counter rotating cylinders.
