know pressure ... just a great idea ... and thanks to those who shared ...

I just heard something supper cool... Adopt a Nurse or Doctor ... in your area... if u can ... and send them breakfast lunch or dinner ... to the hospital from one of your favorite places you eat... that can deliver take out ... to them ... what a great idea if you can help this way ... helps the doc and nurses or other staff member's and also helps the restaurants... in the areas ... much love to all of them

Oh that’s such a great idea and I’m sure would be very appreciated during these tough times for them , I bet if these hard workers are not even getting the chance to eat properly at the moment

The thought is super cool ... but I do have issues with sending food to the hospitals ...

Restaurants .. and takeout services should not be operating during a lockdown . There is absolutely no control over who is preparing and handling the food . Other staff are required to deliver the food . The idea of a lockdown is to reduce social distancing and spread of infection . Hospitals are vulnerable .. there should be restrictions on who and what comes into a hospital .

Anything which encourages communal “sharing” of food should be discouraged .

Storage and reheating Can be problematic especially in a hospital environment . Food sitting around not refrigerated can become a source of contamination .


Adopting a doctor or nurse is a lovely idea ., but instead of food .. staying home and reducing the risk of transmission is the best gift you can give

Ps .. I am guessing this is an American initiative wakeup oresident trump !!!! Lock your country down .
