Something is broken m, app isn’t working properly

Unless you are more specific what kind of problem you are having there is no way for us to answer you.. As far as we know the App is running just fine..

I've been off and on this site for several years now. Given the fact that I'm Isolated in my house like everyone else, I decided to check in with mingle2. I go to the site and there's an instant problem: To log in, I'm used to simply putting in my account name (whattheheywastaken) and password. Now, I'm required to put in my email address and password. Since I no longer have my former email address, and I don't even remember using it ever to begin with on here, I did the only logical thing I could think of and create a second account (something that's frowned upon).

No response...

Not sure what kind of response you want when you leave a response as you did.. Which I edited your post by deleting part of your response.

The site purged all passwords a while back therefore you had to go in and verify your password..

Your question would have been responded to if you had not posted on a thread that we had already responded too..

It is best to create your own thread when it is a different question in order for us to answer you in a timely manner..

This may sound hard to believe, but I've been a little frustrated over the past couple of weeks. The most basic things have become almost impossible. I'm sorry for the post, and if it's not too much trouble, I'd like my old account back.

You will need to contact Support and ask them to give you a temporary password in order to get into your old account. They will need to know your user name and link to the profile if you can provide that..
