That's a great goal crystal, take a lap everytime and double your inside steps I've barely had time to post today... dad's been in hyper wandering mode today and sometimes he can figure out all the locks on the doors ...since 3am back and forth from the back door to my outside door. He napped and mom watched him while I ran a errand and then he was back up, back and forth, back and forth you think he'd be exhausted...I am I get you are knackered! Getting up at that time is horrible. That's maybe why he isn't so tired, he had a nap, plus old people tend to need less sleep. {{{{KitKat}}}} |

It's the dementia but before I get in trouble for being in my own thread
I will watch the threads you so helpfully posted, hopefully tomorrow will be a better day. So I did manage to take 5, 9 times today my goal is 12 |

1st hour.... modified sun salutations 100 crunches 2nd and 3rd.....3 sets 20 @hour Pushups off the back of a bench 4th.... biceps and triceps 10lb weight 3 sets 10@ 5th hour I'm not sure... thinking I'll do toe touches and hamstring stretches Good morning everyoneβ€ |

But I've got the 5 above all done. We're in a heat wave here, it was 74 degrees at 3am, so I've already got my walk in before the heat hits. Enjoy your walk and fresh air crystal and know I've got cool weather envy |

Oh no one should feel like they have to do what I'm doing....I just list occasionally to give ideas....
At least once a day when I've been on my feet, I take my 5 minutes and sit on my exercise ball and just breath, maybe do a few neck rolls I'd love to hear what others do |

first i run up and down the stairs to the office repetitively
then i run back and forth to the toolbox to get another tool and finally i run back and forth between the two shops across the street from each other to repeat the first 2 steps |

I've been up since 2am, I'm already behind a hour But I've got the 5 above all done. We're in a heat wave here, it was 74 degrees at 3am, so I've already got my walk in before the heat hits. first i run up and down the stairs to the office repetitively then i run back and forth to the toolbox to get another tool and finally i run back and forth between the two shops across the street from each other to repeat the first 2 steps Well now I've just got to get a office and stairs and two shops I've got the tools and several tool boxes and I can follow Eric's exercise plan! I do know that some are busy on their feet all day but you could take those 5 minutes and just sit. Maybe just stretch I can't be the only one who gets kinks from repeated movements or stiff if I sit too long or am I the only old person on here that's abused my body in my youth???? |

I do, 2am to 3am, every morning, I wake up. But I do go to bed early, if possible and am happy that I'm averaging at least 6 hours a day now |
