I did the walk thing today.

Ok
1st hour.... modified sun salutations 100 crunches 2nd and 3rd.....3 sets 20 @hour Pushups off the back of a bench 4th.... biceps and triceps 10lb weight 3 sets 10@ 5th hour I'm not sure... thinking I'll do toe touches and hamstring stretches ![]() Good morning everyoneβ€ |

Oh no one should feel like they have to do what I'm doing....I just list occasionally to give ideas....
At least once a day when I've been on my feet, I take my 5 minutes and sit on my exercise ball and just breath, maybe do a few neck rolls ![]() I'd love to hear what others do ![]() |

first i run up and down the stairs to the office repetitively
then i run back and forth to the toolbox to get another tool and finally i run back and forth between the two shops across the street from each other to repeat the first 2 steps |

Maybe just stretch ![]() I can't be the only one who gets kinks from repeated movements or stiff if I sit too long ![]() |

But I do go to bed early, if possible and am happy that I'm averaging at least 6 hours a day now ![]() |

Maybe just stretch ![]() I can't be the only one who gets kinks from repeated movements or stiff if I sit too long ![]() actually i do take 5 to either stretch or just stop(this is usually at the puter looking something up or calling for parts). no i feel the repetitive motion aches as well and yes some of it is from old abuse when i was young dumb and invincible |
