Thinking the guided meditation went well despite the video having to reboot a couple times and having to move my chair so I could easily put my arms out horizontally with my shoulders, haha. The fact that it gave me a great feeling and the desire to meditate more made it a successful meditation, despite the interruptions with the flow of it.

Thinking I'm glad I went with the semi-permanent color for my hair. It will wash out in less than a month and I can go to the salon to have it done right.
  Hopefully by then I won't have to wear a mask while having it done.

What color did you try??? I was going for the same as the lightest color in my profile picture, but it's a tad darker. I used dark blonde. I should have used a medium blonde. Plus it's still two shaded so I didn't do it right. It's not as obvious as it was before I colored it and most of the gray is gone, so it'll do for now

years ago I use to play around with my color and after a costly oops 300 bucks to fix it....I no longer play with the color... it is what it is

Ouch! It's not bad, just not what I was aiming for. It's closer to light brown now. It's turning more like salt and pepper, and I don't like that so I get it colored. I just didn't want to wear a mask, they are requiring it right now. I'll go next month, after this washes out

When I lived in the Keys and worked in the sun everyday, I seldom ever colored my hair. The sun bleached it and gave me awesome highlights. In the last couple years of not being in the sun everyday, it's getting darker and more salt and peppery. I like it more blonde, I look younger
Maybe after I turn 60 I'll do the salt and pepper look. Hmmm

I'm going to wholeheartedly agree if my osteo doesn't phone me back tomorrow, meaning they're not back at work yet. I danged need her, I think my atlas is stuck to my skull again, meaning blood flow is impaired and my brain is foggy all day long
