Steamy vapors of words said And deeds done Rising to the clear blue sky Forming clouds Heavy and dark A flash of lightning A clap of thunder The scent of rain in the breeze And then Karma falling like rain from the heavens And I have somehow misplaced my umbrella of excuses So let me bathe in its showers Swim in the whole catastrophe In its season Until the rainbow appears With its solemn promise The end of beginnings
