Oh man I feel your pain. You must be strong and resist the urge to talk to her. I came out of a 5 year thing myself this spring.... Trust me, you just have to cut off all communication and simply move on. Keeping yourself occupied and in company of friends helps out a lot.

Yep!
Cut it loose. Doesn't feel good at first but it gets better and then you start to get all of the pieces of your life back..... Don't hate. At most feel sorry for the person if they lack the maturity for an LTR which requires strength. If you feel any hate. Loose it. If you feel hurt. Deal with it. Don't talk about it to anyone is one of my rules and it works for others I know. Learn a new language, an instrument, something to build the best you possible. |
