hi. i m new here. i d like to ask: what does it mean if the person picture ( whom i ve chatted earlier) has a blue line encircled around their photos?

oh..thank you very much!! you re very nice, Ma m, compared to the American woman who had sarcastically replied to me about someone discriminating me after I told him I m from the Philippines. thank you for being very nice.

You asked a question and my answer was point on.. No sarcastic remark at all.. All members have the right to block whom they want too.. There is no Discrimination on who can block. Sorry if you took it wrong.. Forum Admin Kristi

i m sorry, but this person blocked me AFTER learning I m a Filipina. i ve been discriminated before in some chat sites: Filipinas are notorious for being "users" or fakers...but I wish people would not generalise .... i m sorry.

You will find that there are a lot of really good people to chat with... Our Forums are Moderated and we keep them clean..
