Thinking I solved my dilemma about how to get lotion or coconut oil on my back. If I pour the oil on the floor, I can just lay down and slide around on it. Brilliant!!

Thinking about and wondering why I can’t seem to find River’s Cupcake and Coffee shop I’ve been cruising around through the neighborhood looking for it, but I guess my GPS isn’t working right I really wanted to stop by and visit and have a delicious cupcake 🧁

I was thinking that while I was out walking in the snow and ice, one nice lady stopped, in her car, to ask me if I needed help. She was the only one who asked me. I was really struggling to get home. I thanked her but I only had to go a few houses down the road. I wish more people would do that.

You can buy these things for that, a long handle with a round head with a number of rolling plastic balls. You can fill that head with lotion and do your back at your leisure. These things cost a few Euros and very handy.
