I've just about had it with working for a 20 year old manager, who after 10 months should have figured out how to do his job right, instead of making the same stupid mistakes week after week!!!
Whew, that felt good! On the positive side, I only have to keep my cool for another month or two. I'll need at least a month, preferably two, to plan and get ready for my journey with seasonal work and travel. |

I have the feeling you would be better suited for your Managers role... Keep breathing and big hugs too you. |

Keep breathing and big hugs too you. Most definitely, but silly me turned it down. Although I'm glad I did, I like my freedom and being a manager at a convenience store means being available any time the store is open. We're rarely fully staffed and working doubles would happen way too often for my liking. Plus they don't pay their managers enough, least not enough to live comfortably on my own ($15 an hour). I'd be living pay check to pay check with the cost of living here... it's not worth the headache. Now if I got a decent pay, where I could live comfortably on my own, had daytime hours, and time off to play... Oh Yeah, lol. Thanks, I'll keep breathing. Big hugs back atcha. |
