I broke up with her because there was so much wrong with our relationship. I felt it was time to move on. She keeps on text messaging me and trying to guilt me into coming back to her. I still care about her, but our relationship was already starting to get to the point nothing was happening. She's got too much baggage for me. I know at 40 people have baggage, but this gal has the whole American Tourister set!
I guess I really didn't need any advice, just a place to vent. <sigh>

yeah it's hard after 40 to find somone w/out an f*ed up ex, f*ed up kids, all their teeth, hair in the appropriate places good luck to you

and stick to your guns... The less you respond, the less you feed it. The less you feed it, the sooner (hopefully) she'll move on to someone more receptive. (and talk about what a jerk you are, lol) Ironically, it actually hurts them more to not be firm... |
