If you could send a message to yourself 20 years ago what would it be? I'd say buy bit coins for a start. (bit late now) and maybe wear sunscreen

Don't stop using Oil of Olay products... they really really work! Thank you MZ, A pearl of wisdom. It used to be oil of ulay once upon a time. changed to olay in the 90s I think No doubt you remember.

Make sure that you hold on to the staircase railing with TWO hands FIRMLY and look where you put your foot on the step before you go downstairs on March 21st 2012. DO NOT FORGET THIS! I repeat, DO NOT FORGET THIS!!

As tempting as it is, I wouldn't do it. Least not anything that would change the course of events. It would change who I am today and I like who I am today. Maybe just tell myself to keep on being you.

Don't lend your friends that money. They won't pay you back one red cent. You end up losing $120,000.00 all because you gave your word. Lend $1000.00 each, no more. you're still keeping your word.......because none of them will.

Yes, and that accident had a huge impact on my life, the quality of my life, not being able to work anymore, feeling crap and having lot of physical issues, all because of that. I'd not want to change anything else in my life. But that... !! To be free of all the issues that came from it, hell yes!

Listen to that voice inside you that yelled "no", when asked by a friend to explore an abandoned boat on the beach. It was a disastrous decision I made to say "ok".
