For once I slept without dreaming, and didnt wake up with a headache this am 
be right back in the process of slowly getting dressed for work

the worse thing about getting our of bed is no matter how warm it is you still get a chill getting dressed. Now I wonder why that doesn't occur in the summer

I am not even trying to become smoke free...........heck I gave up something else that begins with an S. So have to have some pleasure in life

and I cut down on my pepsi(soda) intake so there I am improving my health, losing weight and slowly cutting out the S's in my life. Some s's are not fun to cut out of your life

Now Singing is an S that I only do in private so I don't cause damage to ears.............so that is another S that I had to cut out somewhat in my life

of all the S words in this world I had to pick one that would bum her out............kicking myself in the arse for that one
why couldn't I have picked snoring, or sanity......since I added one to my life, and cut the other one out
