Why can't i delete anyone in my inbox?.Have tried pressing the circle but it doesn't work

If you use the mainsite, upon opening your messages, you will see at the bottom 3 options: Delete, Block, Report Abuse/Spam. By selecting Delete then that will delete the conversation.

I meant i go to 'find matches' that have Yes,Maybe and No on it and i press No on someones pic but when i go back on it later the woman is still there even though i pressed No
