mnhiker, You don't speak for anyone one but yourself. Not even most people, only you. Do you understand that?
And you're irrelevant.
Dismissed. |
And yet here I am, living the American dream.

The higher the dream
the harder the fall. |

The higher the dream the harder the fall. And that about sums it up. Aim High!!!! |

hilyf.... you asked
Someone say Edwards.......did he not make a living out of suing the medical field with outlandish malpractice suits? and then complains about the cost of health care.......I know I read that somewhere, am I wrong? no, you are not wrong ..... what you say is correct .... there was a list of how many millions each candidate has and where their multi-millions of dollars came from. Edwards was listed as having 20 some million dollars, and the notation was that he earned it as you spelled it out. |
Here's a good link on that very subject:
http://writ.news.findlaw.com/sebok/20040726.html Granted, the article is somewhat dated, but the same arguments apply today. If Edwards didn't present valid arguments in some of these cases, well, that's why they have juries to make the final decisions. |

Anarchy...could work in theory, though with logic it would be difficult. In logic however evolution could in fact allow most (not all) to evolve to the new found freedom.

mnhiker...... remember just because there is a trial, it doesn't mean there is always a jury. the verdict of many trials are determined by judges.
And the judges are
also free to disagree with Edwards' arguments. |
incompetent if not corrupt
lighten up a little bit guys. some of you are taking this way too seriously.
When we elect incompetent officials, it is our own fault. WE THE PEOPLE need to do a better job of electing.
when I think govt, I think corruption.
when I think corruption I think history. when i think history I think lies. when I think lies I think govt. the cirrrrcle of liiiiiiiiiiiife! |
I agree, mrtxstar.
George Bush Jr. is one of the most corrupt and incompetent Presidents in history. |

mnhiker.. don't put words in my mouth. Presidents aren't the only officials we elect. I think WE THE PEOPLE did just fine in 2000 and 2004. It was 2006 where the elections went astray.
I disagree.
And so would John Dean, a Republican. |
