i just attempted egg plant parmasean for the first time tonite using jarred spaghetti sauce ..not too bad but not the same

the key to eggplant is thin thin and thinner.... like paper... and then roll it with ricotta inside

i made sandwiches on a french roll with it hey im a guy i dont have the cooking down so play nice i also used regular cooking oil to fry the egg plant rather than olive oil i know thats a sin but i had to improvise

I never said I was a chef. My brother and I share an apartment and he does all the cooking.

my last gf wouldn't make italian dishes i told her that was like trying to live without blood I know it is really good but I hate spaghetti.... and ziti... But u know they say that all that white flour is bad for u... so maybe she was just trying to look out for u :)
