Strumming out the rhythm guitar for Rockin' in the Free World on my Takamine when the mood arises is fun.

Majze, you never heard of Neil Young? How much time do you have. He's an old time rocker.

A lot of people probably know this, the song "Long May You Run" was about a car that Neil had.

I'm not sure if he had any input but the first time I heard "Long May You Run" it was on a new 8 track I bought, THE STILLS YOUNG BAND.
So just a small reminder never count out the ultra talented Steven Stills. winking

I'm a big Stephen Stills fan. There are so many stories about Neil and Stills first meeting and second meet and starting Buffalo Springfield, and then CSNY.

Whenever I hear Neil Young says that Stephen Stills is his oldest friend, it means something. They met in the mid 1960's.

Went to a Neil Young concert, back in my mid-20's, I sat so close to the stage, I could see the spit dripping from his harp. He sang "Like A Hurricane" and made it almost a 20 minute song, jammin' with the band...it was so good, I'll never forget that show.

You named some of his best. I have all Neil's records. over 15,000 total albums on my pc. If you love Neil & Stephen all the way back to Buffalo Springfield how could you leave out Richie Furay and Poco? Poco along with like the Byrds, Flying Burrito Brothers really started "country rock". Poco for sure should have been put into to Rock HOF way before the Eagles. But the HOF seems pretty much on record sales through a career.

Watching live "All Along the Watchtower", way better than Bob Dylan, by far.
