I am all about a whole food plant-based diet. But because I have low functioning kidneys, I cannot eat oranges, collard greens, turnip greens, garlic, bok choy, bran, oats, wheat, bananas, dried fruit, tomatoes, dark colas, nuts, milk, beans, avocados, sweet and white potatoes, cooked spinach because they contain high amounts of potassium. High amounts of potassium will cause more damage to low functioning or moderately functioning kidneys. Eat cabbage, onions, raw spinach, arugula, cauliflower, pineapple, berries, apples, plums, watermelon, buckwheat, carrots, romaine lettuce, broccoli which are low potassium

Remove all meat and dairy from your diet. And take hydroxycobalamin B12
Cyanocobalamin has a cyanide molecule in it. You don't want to take that |
