A couple of guys walking past a bar spot an older guy sat up against the wall drunk as a skunk, they pull him to his feet and try and get some sense out of him but he just falls down again, feeling sorry for him and not wanting to involve the police they look for some ID in his coat ,they find his name and address which is about 20 miles away
They drag him to his feet but no joy so they sling his arms around their necks and half walk half drag him to a taxi stand and decide out of kindness to get him home.
About 40 mins later they reach his place and again half carry him up the path
They ring the bell, his wife answers "Billy Billy I have been out of my mind with worry" she thanks the good Samaritans and says where is his wheelchair?

Seems like one of those skeleton jokes.

comes on a wheelchair, drinks up, staggers out; leaves wheelchair behind.
