Because that bug is just as alive as you or I? It has feelings and God gave us the will to better ourselves from crushing life even though a nuisance we can hunt deer eat meat be merry and happy... we can coax our own thoughts our own fear of what's right or wrong and find out God accepts us for who we are anyway.. I respect you sir because you have a story to tell that surpasses my own... and in learning more about who we are inside and out... keeps us stronger...
