Get rid of the negatives, for instance "I'm not going to upgrade..."
It screams: I'm NOT going to make an effort for you!!
This is a free site and no reason to upgrade to message. If you use this on another site you should still remove it. Way too unfriendly and off-putting. I would never contact someone who indirectly screams "I'm not going to make an effort for you!"

Also the bit on the scammer. Says you are expecting people to not be honest and so on ==> Negative.

Negativity like that repels good people and instead attracts the ones you are trying to repel.

Try to rephrase some of the other things a bit so it's not so much "You have to do all the work" like the bit on you being shy so woman has to contact you and on top of that you're shy at first so she has to see things through in order to get to know you. Chewing through the difficult bits on her own to get to the possible good stuff?
That's a helluva lot to expect from a stranger. What are you doing in return to keep her around that long?

It's okay to be a tad shy, but learn to present yourself in a different way so it isn't so demanding on another.
