REI (Recreational Equipment Inc.,) is a great place to meet both men and women. Not only are most of the folks in decent shape but there are many opportunities to make conversation (ie: "I've been thinking about taking up rock climbing, could you help me pick out a few basic items?") I've heard that going to a hardware store on Friday and Saturday evenings is also a great way to meet singles. |

Apparently we are not going to the same grocery store. There are lots of women at mine, too, but all looking like they just stepped off of the Springer set, with 12 screaming kids crammed into a cart.... My impression is that these "ladies" (?) aren't really looking for a mate -- clearly, they've already mated more than could ever be considered justifiable -- but they sure do love their ice cream....in the 55-gallon drums.... |

Ta, ~C Please know I'm joking, and if you didn't think I was: "Stop being so cynical!" you know thats funny, when i got to a bar i tend to sit closer to the lady's room so i can watch them walk by and pick out the ones i wanna go talk to. sounds kinda pervy but it's true they all walk by at some point and atleast that way i can sit down instead of wondering around looking around like i'm looking for my cheating wife or something. |

You know when us girls would go out to the club, if a guy would approach us when we left the bathroom....we wouldn't talk to him. Why? We just got feeling all creeped out because he was watching us walk into and out of the bathroom! He was paying way to much attention to what we were doing and how long we were doing it!!
