Dear team, I subscribed your package for 1 month but you charged for me for 1 year package please change to 1 month subscription and reverse the balance amount...

erm, there is no monthly subscription. It's either 3,6, or 12 months

and again, you have to contact support with that problem (billing@minglenet.com) - good luck...
