Decent picture, which means no nakedness, a smile and your face can be properly seen.
Women aren't going to feel interest in a vague picture with a vague outline of someone against a green background. That colour is also not appealing btw.

And "I'll tell you later" isn't very inviting. It says "I haven't got the time, and cannot be bothered."
Women don't want such a person. You really think people are going to ask you to tell them about you? That could work for a famous rockstar or actor, not for the average person.
It all exudes indifference.
