To start with please don't try to turn this into something it's not intended to be. I'm a fixer, it's a natural talent, first manifested itself at 5 yrs old when I disassembled our broken lawn mower and reassembled it into working order. I can fix almost anything and spent many years doing home repairs for a living. I've always said if I can put my hands on it I can fix it. This will be a bit different as it's your hands that will be doing the actual work. I can't help with your plasma TV or smart phone etc. (they weren't built to be repaired, just replaced) but if you've got a problem around the house that is giving you fits, I'd be happy to offer my 2 cents worth.

I started doing construction when I was 6. My first job was mixing all the mortar for the new fire station across the street, do I for one believe him. I can answer any question you have about construction. Bring it. Between us, I'm sure we can help.

I believe you, I was a late bloomer, at six.thats how it was back then .I can remember running a snowblower when we lived on the lake, and we moved from there when I was 7. The shop teacher in 7th grade laughed when I told him I could run any tool he had, until I did it.
