A long lost ancient manuscript written in Phoenician has been found on an empty crisp packet in a Glasgow tenement. Historians and linguists alike are in an apparent state of rapture at the discovery. Which is said to possess the long lost knowledge that Jesus himself, was an ardent fan of Freddie Mercury, and was so in awe of his stage prowess, that he loved him even above Tom Jones
Admittedly Jesus has never quite seen fit to forgive Tom for the 'Delilah incident'. But Gnostics, Rabbis, Imans, Sufis and Saddhus all apparently agree, for once, that it is indeed, a kind of magic

The pope himself is the only 1 who seems to disagree. After recently himself coming to the revelation that Bob Marley was the second coming. He is said to have uttered the words, while in a trance, in between copious libations of his favourite charas and cognac, the words, 'skanking it slow'.
Theologians and scholars alike are divided over exactly what this means

Us in the wine trade know this one, loosely translates to:
Sniffing it, tasting it, and if it taste good Swallow.

Very interesting. When it comes to Freddy Mercury I'll just stick with my gut feeling about him from the first time I saw him 40 years ago; he made me cringe then as the thought of him still does to this day, sorry. My ex SO used to say I could be homophobic at times, maybe. I just know I would have never wanted to be near him without at least a mask and some oven mitts on!
