I, too, am from Germany. And they are still seen as that by those that have no idea and interest what the band is all about. Those people are the same that would like to dictate everything you can and cannot do in life, personal and otherwise, and are usually the religious, the older people, and those that grew up under socialism. I feel sorry for them. Though some of the stuff they do on stage is really very close to the borderline of taste, I have to say - but their videos? Wow, just fantastic. My favourite is that to the song "Stripped", which caused more controversy than any other of theirs, for no other reason that they showed footage from the 1936 Olympics, even though propaganda was exactly the same after the war in the GDR (I am from the West, btw). If you like Rammstein, have you ever heard of a group called 'The Hu'? If not, give them a listen, you can find them on YouTube easily... My favourite song is one of the newer songs. 'Führe mich' I am from Dortmund, btw.

Hornburg, near Goslar in Niedersachsen... I like the song 'Deutschland' and the video that goes with it - very powerful...

I have been listening to metal music for 20+ years. It is a miniature obsession with me. Count me in on that label. Anything from Metallica, Pantera, Slayer to the insanity of Cannibal Corpse, Extermination Dismemberment, Assesino, Brujeria, Cattle Decapitation...etc. A combination of death / black metal + orchestral and or classical is really nice i think. An example of that would be SepticFlesh, Dimmu Borgir, Fleshgod Apocalypse...etc.

Ohh more people how me. We love the good music. Queen, Scorpions, Tristania, Nighwish, sonata arctica, black Sabbath, dio, helloween, iron maiden, judas priest, cindirella, Europe. Well its extensive my list Greetings from Panama.. And sorry for my english its not good.

I make die hard metalhead I listen to Middle when I wake up when I go to sleep while I'm sleeping I play at 24/7 they do not watch TV I just listen to metal all day all night and play myself

Metal hard rock and yes 80's hair bands.....music is life Yes! That’s the best music ever! Dio, Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, Manowar.... I agree that is the best in my opinion too but I also like the new stuff too like Volbeat and Five Finger Death Punch.
