Absolutely!!

I don't have any special gifts or anything. But, when working nights, around 2:30 am, is when insights seem to pop in from nowhere for me. It's very consistent. I like to think that it's because everyone else is dreaming during that time, so if there is any kind of mystical connection between us all, that's the time when there's something in the air for those still awake to pick up on. But, really, that's just an opportunity to suspend my disbelief in such things for a while. It is odd, though, how the effect wears off by 3:30 am, when some start to wake up. My own sleep schedule, and my own awareness of the time, seems irrelevant.

I have special abilities. I'm an empath. I have seen and heard and felt ghosts. The empath ability is what you can feel. I feel everything stronger than anyone else. I can tell if a person is being real or fake. I can pick up on bad energy as well as good. I feel vibrations when they're running high. There are lots of us out here and we're not being quiet anymore. Our universe needs us to help heal society and our planet. I don't find it a curse at all. I find that it's been a blessing from the universe.

i had a major sporting injury in my teens, with the flow on effect of developing chronic insomnias in my young adult years. i went to many of these spiritual and religious charlatans, and apart from one it always included parting ways with lots of money. nothing worked and i eventually got around it with man-made science / organic medicine.

having said that, i sometimes get omens in dreams, not all the time but usually when there is an upcoming heightened crisis in my personal life, sometimes what i see in the dream happens verbatim 9 months later. its pretty random though. not everything and i havent had one for years now. i dont see it as supernatural or from spirits when you zone in. i see it as a heads up from the universe or maybe my brain processing fuzzy stuff and reaching an outcome and telling me.

i believe the brain is a powerful organ though. sometimes id be coding something and hacking at it for many hours getting nowhere. id go to sleep. wake up the next day, and blitz it in 5 minutes. the brain never shuts down and its always working on something for you in the background.

one time as a kid i was going to bed and had a thought come to me that im gonna wake up at exactly 6am. all that was was a weighted guess. or one time during university i wanted to hear a specifc song, it wasnt a current pop song, turned car radio on and there it was. all it was was a good guess and i would never be able to repeat it.
