Topic: why Venezuela doesnt prove that socialism doesnt work

Venezuela citizens are leaving their county by the thousands to get to a better place for survival. Socialism destroyed freedoms in Venezuela. Also other countries like Brazil. Wake up Leftist your destructive to the USA. Go Trump! It's now being reported that Communist countries Russia, Cuba and China are protecting the former President because the people are going to kill him. He can't even trust the police force or Armed Forces. I have a hunch he will be flying to Cuba or Russia in the near future. Russia has flowing in several Commercial Jets filled with the Spec Ops soldiers to supposedly get him out.

Her stupidity make the majority of us laugh. It's really bad when her own party and it's leadership are keeping her at arms length. She's going to be as effective as a Legislator as David Duke was. Only one of his bills got passed (it was actually a great bill that many states copied, probably the only good thing he ever did in his life).

The people who decry/ scream the loudest about democratic socialim not working lose credibilty when all they can point to is Venezuela, or some other place with a highly corrupt governnment. FWIW..a corrupt government can cause the capatalism these epeople are so fond of to do more harm than good for the genral populace..

With the excpetuion of China (which is actually Communist...look up "Chairman Mao") ALL of those countries report a higher happiness/ life satisfaction/ quality of life rating among their populace tha we have here.
