I almost never talk about getting phone numbers because it's become so second-nature to me... it's so easy that it doesn't feel like "game" at all. One day I'll see every aspect of the "game" this way so I can truly become enlightened when it comes to pickup
If you already know her, have a nice conversation, get her laughing and whatnot, and say "Do I have your number yet?" It's my own number-closing (getting a phone number) technique that I made
Saying "Do I have your number yet?" sets the frame that it is completely normal for two people who know each other to exchange contact information (which it is), making her more comfortable about it. Adding the word "yet" is almost touching up on a language pattern that leads the subconscious to believe that the previous statement (her giving you her phone #) WILL happen, so she's more likely to give it to you.
If you two had a good conversation/interaction, she'd have no reason to say no because you are bringing nothing but positive energy into her life.
