Whoever said that cauliflower is good, I don't agree. Grated cauliflower is supposed to take the place of rice. I tried it raw and cooked with salt and pepper. I didn't like it.

Watch out, people will try to tell you to top it with melted cheese. Not enuf cheese in Wisconsin to make Cauliflower edible!

I stopped eating cauliflower (which I loved) when the doctor
told me it is the only food associated with kidney stones, which I have. |

I love Cauliflower, I cook it Frozen or Fresh. It is good in the place of potatoes.

It can be used to make hummus instead of beans... less net carbs and much healthier. It's a good substitute for mashed potatoes as well.
I like cauliflower, made al dante with a little seasoning gives it more flavor when eating it by itself. |

My late granny always cut them in half, cooked them half way through, hollowed them out, filled them with beef mince, topped them with grated cheese and oven baked them. Yummy
